100A Reversible DC Motor Speed Controller

Physical size: 125 mm × 85 mm × 45 mm. Net weight: ~680 g. Supports DC input between 10 V and 55 V. Delivers continuous 100 A output (no derating), capable of driving motors up to 3000 W. Core technology is high-frequency PWM for efficient, low-noise speed control with minimal electromagnetic interference. Direction reversal is implemented via internal H-bridge topology — activated by a clean, polarity-sensitive control signal — ensuring consistent torque delivery in both directions. All protection functions (overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overtemperature) are hardware-based and fully autonomous. Commonly deployed with 24 V/48 V brushed motors in electric trolleys, mobile cranes, automated doors and university-level mechatronics labs.
