A space-efficient mono Class D amplifier board powered by the TPA3116D2 IC, engineered for reliable 100W output across 12V–26V input. Board thickness is under 2mm excluding terminals, enabling flush mounting behind speaker baffles or inside slim-profile enclosures. Copper weight and thermal pad design allow passive cooling in most ambient conditions up to 35°C. Input impedance is 10kΩ, compatible with all standard line outputs; output damping factor exceeds 200, improving speaker cone control. No microcontroller or firmware — fully analogue signal path ensures zero latency and immunity to digital glitches. Frequently deployed in retrofitting vintage speaker cabinets, building compact PA monitors, and powering garden audio zones where size, silence, and simplicity are non-negotiable.
