The GY912 is a fully integrated nine-axis sensor module featuring the BMP388 high-resolution barometric pressure sensor, the ICM20948 6-axis inertial measurement unit (3-axis accelerometer + 3-axis gyroscope), and an embedded 3-axis magnetometer — collectively achieving full 10 degrees of freedom. Physical specifications: approx. 25 mm × 20 mm × 3 mm, mass ~2.5 g, powered by 3.3 V DC, communicating over standard I²C. Each sensor undergoes functional validation during manufacturing to ensure baseline stability and interoperability. The module enables simultaneous capture of linear acceleration, angular velocity, magnetic heading, and atmospheric pressure — essential for orientation estimation (e.g., AHRS), elevation change detection, and motion context awareness in constrained embedded environments.
