The WilTec float is a hollow float that operates on the principle of buoyancy. As the liquid level rises, the float is lifted and moves upward until it reaches an angle of 50 to the horizontal, at which point it triggers a switch. The float can be mounted sideways via a screw or placed from above into an open tank. The switching point is precisely adjustable thanks to the integrated ballast weight. Suitable for use with most pumps, this float is ideal for monitoring liquid levels in media that do not chemically attack its material, regardless of contamination levels. It can be used as a full or empty indicator to control pumps, valves, or alarm systems. For pumps with a power rating exceeding 1.1 kW, an external contactor or relay must be used. A 380V contactor allows control of 380/400V three-phase pumps.
