This camera development board uses the RP2040 microcontroller — a dual-core ARM Cortex-M0+ chip operating at up to 133 MHz — paired with 264 KB SRAM and 2 MB on-chip flash. It integrates an HM01B0 grayscale camera module and a compact 1.14-inch IPS LCD display offering 240 × 135 resolution and 65K colour depth. The display measures approx. 14.864 mm (H) × 24.912 mm (V), with individual pixels sized at approx. 0.1101 mm (H) × 0.1035 mm (V), driven by the ST7789V controller over SPI. USB Type-C connectivity supports both host and device roles under USB 1.1, including mass storage class for direct firmware drag-and-drop. The board provides 13 GPIO pins on a 1.27 mm pitch busbar, plus two SPI, two I2C, two UART, four 12-bit ADCs, and 13 PWM-capable outputs. System-level capabilities include an accurate internal clock and timer, integrated temperature sensor, hardware-accelerated floating-point library, and eight programmable I/O (PIO) state machines for implementing custom protocols or peripherals.
