12 Inch Folding Aluminium Press

This 12-inch tortilla press features a folding aluminium frame combined with solid metal pressing plates. Its compact folded size (approx. 30 × 4 × 30 cm) makes it convenient for small UK flats or mobile catering setups. The round plates produce uniform 12-inch discs ideal for maize tortillas, wheat chapati, empanada wrappers, and pastry bases. Non-stick finish prevents dough adhesion, ensuring clean demoulding and minimal cleanup. Handle reinforcement minimises bending or hinge failure under load. Use with parchment paper for easiest operation; rinse plates with hot water before first use and dry thoroughly. Store with a light coat of vegetable oil to maintain surface condition. Not suitable for dishwasher use.
