12LB Adjustable Rotating Arm Trainer

Measures 37 x 16.5 x 2.5 cm (14.5 x 6.5 x 1 inches) and weighs approximately 1.2 kg. Features 5 discrete resistance levels, maxing out at 12 lbs (5.4 kg), all achieved via internal mechanical adjustment — no batteries or electronics required. Built entirely from heavy-duty metal with reinforced pivot joints for smooth, silent 360° rotation. Delivers consistent torque across full range of motion. This arm exerciser targets dynamic stability — not just muscle size — by requiring active control throughout rotation. It trains grip endurance, supination/pronation strength and scapular control simultaneously, making it more metabolically demanding and functionally relevant than isolated curl or press movements. Ideal for UK home gyms with limited space, post-injury mobility work, or as a supplemental tool for combat sports conditioning. Requires no setup or assembly — ready to use straight from the box.
