12V High-Power 3-Phase BLDC Regulator

Engineered for high-performance 12V brushless motor systems, this speed controller accepts DC 6–12.8V input and handles continuous loads up to 32A (with brief 40A capability). Includes a regulated 5V/0.5A auxiliary supply. Features automatic thermal shutdown at 110°C. Speed control spans 8% to 98%, adjustable via standard PWM input. Supports motor configurations from 2-pole to 18-pole. Offers selectable start modes: flexible (gradual ramp-up) or immediate (full-throttle response). Braking is achieved solely through reverse-load method. Outputs fixed-frequency PWM speed signal at 8 kHz or 16 kHz. Robust design targets durability in compact installations where heat dissipation and signal integrity are priorities.
