This metal-housed DC motor controller measures 13 x 9.8 x 4 cm (5.12 x 3.86 x 1.57 inches) and features a silver finish for enhanced heat reflection and environmental resistance. It operates on DC input voltages from 10 V to 55 V, delivering up to 3000 W of power with 60 A continuous and 100 A peak current capacity. Its PWM stage runs at a fixed 15 kHz frequency, optimising motor smoothness and reducing audible noise and core losses. Speed control spans 0–100% via one toggle switch, while direction is selected independently using a second toggle — providing true hardware-based reversibility. No additional components or setup are required: connect power and motor leads, then operate. Intended for use in industrial automation, off-road vehicle conversions, material handling systems, and renewable energy-driven mechanical systems.
