The full-length cotton surface captures descending rainwater before it strikes the elbow interior — effectively dampening impact noise at origin. The metal’s flexibility allows users to manually bend a top section into a hanging hook, then gently curve the body to match the exact radius of their downspout elbow — whether PVC, aluminium or cast iron.
