2-Piece Irrigation Diaphragm Kit

A two-unit diaphragm repair kit designed exclusively for RainBird CP, CPF, DV, DAS and ASVF irrigation valves. Each unit comprises: a black rubber diaphragm assembly with factory-installed filter, one solenoid filter, six mounting screws and one calibrated replacement spring. Overall dimensions: 16 cm × 6 cm × 4 cm (packaged); net weight approx. 0.15 kg. All rubber components comply with WRAS-acceptable material guidelines for non-potable water systems. Screws meet ISO 4762 standards. Installation involves removing the valve bonnet using a flat-head or Phillips screwdriver (type depends on valve model), replacing the full diaphragm assembly, and re-tightening screws evenly to avoid warping the bonnet seal surface.
