20A 12-60V Brush Motor PWM Controller

Designed for brushed DC motors, this speed controller supports a broad DC input range of 12–60 volts and a continuous current rating of 20 amperes, enabling use with motors up to 1000W. Physical dimensions are 60mm (W) × 90mm (D) × 100mm (H); unit weight is 233 grams. The enclosure is made of impact-resistant plastic, and all internal components are selected for long-term reliability. Speed is regulated using pulse-width modulation (PWM) with linear 1–100% output control, operating at a fixed 20kHz carrier frequency to minimise audible noise and improve motor efficiency. Mounting is simplified through four corner screw holes — no additional brackets or adapters required. Commonly deployed in material handling systems, custom electric carts, benchtop machinery, and educational robotics platforms.
