20A DC Forward Reverse Controller PO

A precision-engineered 20 A bidirectional DC motor controller housed on a green PCB, sized 83 mm × 46 mm × 20 mm. Input voltage range: 4–40 V DC, with stable operation confirmed at 6–36 V; motor output voltage equals input. Static power consumption is only 0.1 W, rising to 0.6 W with no motor load. All four control inputs — K1 (forward), K2 (reverse), SW1 (forward stop), SW2 (reverse stop) — require active-low signals (< 2 V) and are optocoupler-isolated for noise immunity. Response times: 20 ms for direction changes, 50 ms for stop commands. Rated for 150,000 actuation cycles. PO version enables self-holding operation: a pulse on K1 initiates continuous forward rotation, which persists until a reverse signal (K2) or dedicated stop (SW1) is received — or until a limit switch interrupts motion.
