20mm 2mm Wide Diamond Chamfer Wheel

A compact diamond grinding wheel measuring 20mm in outer diameter and 2mm in width, fitted with a 6mm straight shank. Uses electroplated diamond abrasive (150 grit) for accurate contouring and chamfering of glass, jade, and other dense architectural materials. Rated for use at 3600 rpm in portable electric drills and 6000–10000 rpm in stationary equipment. Requires constant water cooling to maintain cutting geometry and prevent glazing or thermal degradation of the diamond bond. Follow the thickness-matching principle: choose wheel width equal to or slightly greater than material thickness. This 2mm version suits glass under 6mm and detailed edge work where minimal material removal is required.
