24-Port CAT6 Rack-Mount Patch Panel

A 1U, 19-inch (482 mm) unshielded CAT6 patch panel for rapid, repeatable network infrastructure builds. Constructed with a metal frame and flame-retardant PPO+PC plastic faceplate. All 24 ports are straight-through RJ45 modules — compatible with 22, 24 and 26 AWG cables (0.4–0.64 mm). IDC contacts made of phosphor bronze with silver plating (20–50 µin), lifespan ≥250 insertions; 8-line pins use same base material with gold plating (20–50 µin), lifespan ≥750 cycles. Complies fully with ISO/IEC 11801 and TIA/EIA-568. Electrical validation: contact resistance ≤2.5 mΩ, insulation resistance ≥1000 MΩ, dielectric strength DC 1000 V (AC 700 V) for 60 seconds. Used by UK local authorities, NHS trusts, and managed IT providers for documented, audit-ready cabling systems.
