2x RainBird Diaphragm Replacement Kit

A twin-pack diaphragm repair solution compatible with RainBird CP, CPF, DV, DAS and ASVF irrigation valves. Each kit delivers one black rubber diaphragm assembly (with integrated filter), one solenoid filter, six screws and one replacement spring. Total net weight: 0.15 kg. Diaphragm thickness: 1.8 mm ±0.1 mm; screw length: 12 mm; spring free length: 24 mm. All parts are dimensionally verified against OEM RainBird service diagrams. Packaging is recyclable cardboard with PET blister — compliant with UK Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements. Installation follows standard field procedure: isolate zone, release pressure, remove bonnet screws, extract old assembly, install new one, reassemble and test actuation manually before automatic scheduling resumes.
