1. When selecting products, different margins should be reserved for current grades according to the nature of the load. (For resistive load, it can be selected according to 2‑3 times of load current. For inductive or capacitive load, it can be selected according to 3‑5 times of load current, and for motor more than 5 times.)2. According to the relationship between load current and ambient temperature, when the ambient temperature is high or the heat dissipation condition is poor. The current capacity should be increased. In order to prevent load short circuit during use, it is required to connect the corresponding quick disconnect switch or quick fuse in series in the load circuit.3. In case of inductive load, the voltage sensitive resistor shall be connected at the output end in parallel to prevent the thyristor from being damaged in case of overvoltage. Selection of varistor (MOV): 430‑470V at 240V, 680‑750V at 440V.4. During installation, it is required that the contact surface between the radiator and the product must be flat and smooth, and the surface should be evenly coated with a layer of thermal conductive silicone grease. Finally, the screws with flat washers and spring washers should be symmetrically tightened and fixed.5. When the solid state relay works and stops for the first time, it should take advantage of its remaining temperature to tighten the fixing screws again, so that the solid state relay base plate and the radiator surface can be in close contact, and achieve the ideal heat dissipation effect.6.
