3-Piece Titanium HSS Step Drills

A complete 3-piece step drill bit set made from premium high-speed steel (HSS), coated with titanium nitride for enhanced durability and heat resistance. Includes: 3–12 mm bit (10 steps, ~7.9 cm long), 4–12 mm bit (5 steps, ~6.7 cm), and 4–20 mm bit (9 steps, ~7.4 cm). All feature three-sided shanks for anti-slip grip and two flutes for efficient chip removal. Steps are individually marked with their diameter. Ideal for clean, burr-free hole creation in wood, plastic, PVC, brass, and mild steel up to 3 mm thick. Not suitable for stainless steel or hardened alloys. Recommended speeds: 260–400 RPM (smaller bits), 180–240 RPM (larger 4–20 mm bit). Water cooling is advised for sustained use to maintain cutting efficiency.
