30A Wide-Range DC Motor Controller

This PWM-based DC motor speed controller operates across a broad 7–70V DC input range, supporting common nominal voltages including 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V. Rated for up to 30A continuous current, its practical power handling is calibrated per voltage: up to 250W at 12V, 350W at 24V, 450W at 48V, and 500W at 60V. The controller uses 2.5mm² (12AWG) copper wire — 26cm long (30cm including terminal seat) — and is housed in durable ABS plastic. A factory-fitted 30A fuse protects against overcurrent events at the motor connection point. Speed regulation is achieved via a front-panel rotary knob with 0–100% adjustable duty cycle and stable 12kHz PWM switching frequency. The included 15cm flexible potentiometer cable enables flexible panel-mounting. Note: strictly for DC motors only; incompatible with AC supply. Input power supply must be rated at least 1.5× the motor’s nominal power, and voltage must match exactly.
