30A Wide-Range DC Motor Speed Controller

Designed for reliable speed regulation in DC-powered motor applications, this controller operates across 7–70V DC input and handles up to 30A peak current. Recommended load capacities are 250W at 12V, 350W at 24V, 450W at 48V and 500W at 60V. Constructed with an ABS enclosure for durability, it uses 2.5mm² (12AWG) copper wiring — 26cm conductor length plus 4cm connector section (30cm total). A front-mounted adjustable potentiometer enables full 0–100% speed control via a 15cm detachable cable. Internal 12kHz PWM ensures efficient, low-noise performance. A 30A fuse safeguards the motor-side connection. Installation notes stress matching input voltage to motor rating and supplying ≥1.5× motor rated power — particularly relevant for battery-powered ride-on vehicles where under-spec power sources cause instability or shutdown.
