30x40cm Unbleached Baking Sheets

Each sheet measures 30 cm wide by 40 cm long — a versatile size fitting most UK baking trays and cooling racks. Composed of unbleached, food-safe parchment with uniform silicone coating on both sides, these sheets resist curling, sticking and burning at temperatures up to 220°C. They are greaseproof and waterproof, preventing absorption of oils or moisture from batters, fillings or glazes. Packaged in a compact, rigid box to preserve shape and prevent creasing — no folding required. Suitable for oven, microwave and ambient-temperature food wrapping. Shelf life: 24 months when stored in cool, dry conditions away from light and moisture.
