This 4-piece filter wrench set targets a key pain point for UK-based photographers: filters that refuse to budge. Made entirely from impact-resistant ABS, the tools feature ergonomic contours and deep-set sawtooth profiles for maximum surface contact. Compatible with 49mm, 52mm, 55mm, and 58mm filter threads — covering lenses from Canon EF-S 18–55mm to Sony E 16–50mm, Fujifilm XC 16–50mm, and many Nikon DX models. The set operates on a simple principle: lock one wrench onto the lens barrel’s filter thread ridge, then apply counter-rotational force with the second wrench on the filter’s edge. Particularly effective for disengaging UV filters used as permanent lens protectors, or breaking the bond between stacked ND and CPL filters that have adhered over time.
