5000W High Power Soft Start Board for Amplifiers, Isolation Transformer Limits Inrush Current

Used for high-power or Class A power amplifier input, high-power isolation transformers, or other high-inrush-current equipment. Suitable for use up to 5000W. Main Features: - Soft start board reduces inrush current at startup, minimizing stress on the power grid and extending switch life. - Features a high-current 40A pin relay and 10 NTC thermistors for effective machine protection and inrush current suppression. - No auxiliary power supply required; only two wiring terminals—input and output—for simple installation. - At power-on, NTC thermistors limit initial current. As thermistor temperature rises, resistance decreases, gradually bringing the load toward normal operation. After approximately 3 seconds, the relay closes and bypasses the thermistors. - Power is then delivered directly through the relay contacts, enabling normal load operation. This effectively suppresses surge current, protects connected devices, avoids damaging inrush events, and extends load lifespan.
