500W 15A Brushless Motor Controller

This high-power brushless motor driver board operates across a wide DC input voltage range of 12–36V and delivers up to 500W output power with a continuous current rating of 15A. Constructed with plastic housing and metal heat sink components, it features an integrated 18mm-thick aluminium heat sink for thermal management. The module supports forward/reverse direction control and offers two speed regulation methods: external 10–50KΩ potentiometer or 5V PWM signal input. It outputs three-phase UVW signals for direct connection to hall-free brushless motors. No pre-soldered wires or connectors are included — all connections must be made manually using a grounded soldering iron. Input polarity reversal is strictly prohibited, and UVW output terminals must never be short-circuited. For safe testing, use an adjustable current-limited power supply to verify no-load current before full-power operation. Compatibility has been confirmed with most hall-free BLDC motors; however, due to motor winding and back-EMF variations, individual verification is required.
