5A Brushless Motor Driver 12-37V

The JY02 is a compact, purpose-built driver for three-phase brushless DC motors with integrated Hall sensors. It functions across a versatile 12–37V DC input range and delivers up to 5A output current. The board is manufactured on standard PCB material. Speed control is implemented via an external rotary potentiometer connected to the 5V, variable resistor (VR), and ground (GND) terminals. Built-in safeguards include thermistor-based over-temperature detection and electronic overload protection to prevent component stress during fault conditions. It utilises SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) for smooth, low-vibration motor control. Motor wiring is flexible: all three phase outputs may be connected in any sequence, and rotation direction is reversed by swapping two leads. Cosmetic inconsistencies — such as slight shade variation or silkscreen alignment — reflect normal batch-to-batch manufacturing tolerance and have zero effect on function or lifespan.
