5A Digital Stepper Driver DM556

The DM556 digital stepper motor driver is engineered for compatibility with NEMA 23, NEMA 34, and metric frame sizes 42 mm, 57 mm, and 86 mm. It accepts DC input up to 48 V and provides fine-tuned current output from 1.0 A to 5.6 A. Measuring compactly and weighing only 270 g (0.59 lb), its all-metal body ensures mechanical resilience and heat dissipation. Equipped with optical isolation and a 200 kHz maximum pulse response frequency, it delivers responsive, noise-resistant control. Its double constant-current PWM drive architecture supports smooth acceleration and high positional fidelity—even in variable-load applications.
