5X Achromatic 2G4E Multi Coated Barlow

A purpose-built 1.25-inch Barlow lens designed for clarity-critical applications: planetary observation, lunar mapping, and entry-level astrophotography. Its optical path consists of four precisely aligned lenses arranged in two groups, fabricated from optical glass and treated with full broadband green multi-coating on all surfaces. The housing blends ABS plastic for weight reduction, aluminium alloy for thermal stability, and a brass compression ring for durable, non-slip eyepiece engagement. At exactly 31.7 mm interface size, it accepts all standard 1.25-inch eyepieces. Includes two custom-fit dust caps and dual setting screws to maintain rigid alignment—even during cold-night observing or camera-equipped setups requiring minimal vibration.
