6-Hole Nylon Minnow Trap Foldable

Fully expanded: 30 cm diameter × 15 cm height; folded: 30 cm × 3.5 cm × 3.5 cm. Net weight: 280 g. Main body: tightly woven 180D nylon mesh with bar-tacked stress points at frame junctions. Structural frame: continuous 0.1-inch galvanised steel ring + six rigid radial arms. Six identical entry holes (3.5 cm Ø), each bordered by folded mesh binding. Activation cord triggers instantaneous radial expansion; no springs or clips to corrode or jam. Zipper is YKK #5 coil type with waterproof coating — tested for submersion up to 2 hours without leakage. Rope loop uses marine-grade webbing rated to 120 kg breaking strain. Intended for freshwater bait capture in still or gently flowing environments typical of English chalk streams, Welsh upland lakes and Scottish lowland lochs. Compatible with Environment Agency General Byelaws for non-commercial bait gathering — does not require permit when used solely for personal angling purposes within licensed waters.
