6V-60V Brushed Motor Controller Encoder Knob

A purpose-built speed regulator for brushed DC motors, sized 96mm × 61mm × 34mm (105g), with embedded mounting and a 92mm × 56mm panel opening. Input voltage: DC 6–60V — must equal motor’s rated voltage (e.g., 24V motor → 24V supply). Output supports up to 30A peak / 20A continuous current using PWM current regulation. Speed is adjusted via a sealed digital encoder knob (360° rotation), with live readout on an integrated digital display (0–100%). Connection method: robust fence-type screw terminals. Six editable parameters — Function 1: slow start time (0–10 s); Function 2: slow stop time (0–10 s); Function 3: lower speed limit (0–80%); Function 4: upper speed limit (0–100%); Function 5: acceleration/deceleration step (1%, 2%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% per rotation); Function 6: PWM frequency (1–100 kHz, default 15 kHz) — are saved to non-volatile memory and restored at next power-on. User interaction follows a logical sequence: short press = run/stop; long press (3 sec) = enter settings; short press = move between functions; rotate = adjust; long press = save & exit. Deployed across research labs, agricultural automation, architectural model mechanisms, audio turntable drives, and small-batch production lines — where tactile control, parameter fidelity, and electrical simplicity outweigh the overhead of smart controllers or networked drives.
