7-70V 30A Metal-Bodied PWM Controller

A rugged, application-focused DC motor speed controller supporting 7–70V DC input — compatible with standard 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V motors used across automotive, marine, renewable energy and industrial sectors. Rated for up to 30A continuous current, it follows realistic power derating: maximum 300W at 12V, 400W at 24V, 450W at 48V, and 500W at 60V — ensuring safe, thermally sustainable operation. Speed is controlled via adjustable PWM duty cycle (≈1–100%) at a constant 12kHz frequency for minimal electrical noise and optimal motor efficiency. Constructed in a silver metal enclosure measuring 85mm × 58mm × 32mm, it offers superior heat transfer and mechanical protection. Includes a 30A fuse and 26cm of 2.5mm² (12AWG) tinned copper wire — total length with fuse holder is 30cm — fully compliant with UK low-voltage installation conventions.
