8-Channel PWM MOSFET Control Module

This 8-channel MOSFET-based control module is designed for precise, isolated switching of DC loads using microcontrollers or PLCs. It uses optocouplers to fully separate the low-voltage control circuit (5V–48V DC input range) from the high-current load circuit (up to 48V DC, 2A continuous per channel). Each output supports field-effect drive with fast switching response and efficient amplification. The module accommodates DC motors up to 60W, solenoid valves, water pumps, LED strips, and other resistive or inductive DC devices. Physical layout includes clearly labelled terminals: VCC/GND for logic supply, IN1–IN8 for digital inputs, VIN/GND for load power, and OUT1–OUT8 plus load GND for device connections. A dedicated H/L jumper selects active-high or active-low logic, and the 5V version includes an onboard indicator LED that illuminates during signal reception. Housed in durable plastic casing, it is suited for prototyping, lab testing, and light industrial automation applications where thermal management is handled externally.
