8mm Precision Optical Axis Shaft

A 400 mm long, 8 mm diameter linear shaft crafted from GCr15 bearing steel, hardened to HRC60±2 with a surface case depth of 0.8–3 μm. Its straightness is held to under 5 μm per 100 mm, making it suitable for optical alignment, guiding and rotational support functions. Commonly used in electronic equipment as a cylinder liner rail, guide rod or drive shaft. High wear resistance and inherent strength reduce maintenance frequency. Slight length variation (±6 mm) occurs due to manual cutting — confirmed on every unit before dispatch.
