9-Gesture I2C Sensor Module

This compact PAJ7620U2-based module measures approx. 1.4 × 1.41 cm and features an ABS plastic housing. It operates within a supply voltage range of 2.8–3.3 V and supports I/O voltages from 1.8–3.3 V. The sensor detects nine defined hand movements — including up, down, left, right, push, pull, and clockwise waving — using integrated proximity sensing and optical processing. Its I²C interface supports data transfer rates up to 400 kbit/s, with pull-up voltage flexibility across the same 1.8–3.3 V range. Normal-mode gesture speed spans 60–600°/s; gaming mode extends the upper limit to 1200°/s. It remains stable under ambient illumination up to 100 klux. Designed for educational use, prototyping, home automation, and interactive device development across European maker communities.
