1. Collect urine in a clean and dry container. Do not use first morning urine. The best time to collect urine is between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Try to use urine samples at the same time each day. Avoid excessive fluid intake 2 hours before collecting urine. 2. Immerse the test strip into the urine up to the maximum mark line for about three seconds. Remove and lay flat on a clean, dry surface. Read results within 10 to 20 minutes. Do not read results after 30 minutes. Normal women ovulate monthly.
