AD5X Hotend Care Kit

A purpose-built care kit for AD5X 3D printers containing 2 x 0.4 mm all-metal nozzles, 2 x silicone thermal socks, and 2 x nozzle brushes. Every item meets AD5X mechanical interface standards — including thread depth, outer diameter, and axial alignment — ensuring seamless integration into the stock hotend module. The nozzles are made from hardened metal suitable for daily use with common thermoplastics. Silicone socks help retain heat within the heater block while limiting stray radiation that could affect adjacent sensors or belts. Brushes feature short, dense bristles ideal for clearing dried filament from nozzle exits and threaded junctions. Though supplied pre-assembled, the kit requires user validation of mechanical integrity: tightening all screws to specification and performing a full heated bed re-leveling routine post-installation to preserve print surface accuracy.
