Constructed from a blend of soft velvet and durable composite fabric, this forearm sling prioritises airflow and tactile comfort without compromising structural integrity. With an adjustable strap system extending up to 60 cm and weighing only 120 g, it delivers a lightweight yet secure hold suitable for both adult and paediatric users in large size. The forearm cradle is contoured to maintain natural elbow flexion at ~90°, supporting anatomical alignment during immobilisation. It is clinically appropriate for radius and ulna fractures, wrist sprains or ligament injuries, clavicle or proximal humerus fractures, shoulder subluxation, and post-cast or post-surgery support. Unlike rigid orthopaedic braces, this sling allows subtle micro-movements while preventing harmful rotation or weight-bearing — aiding circulation and reducing stiffness. The design replaces outdated triangular bandages with a repeatable, intuitive fastening system (hook-and-loop closure), enabling independent or caregiver-assisted application. Its neutral appearance and compact fold make it suitable for carry-on travel and outpatient use.
