Adjustable Planer Blade Setting Gauge for Woodworking Tools

Adjustable Planer Knife Setting Gauge This two-piece set of adjustable planer knife gauges is designed to simplify the setup of cutting tools in a cutting head. By stabilising the blade during installation, the gauge saves considerable time when mounting and adjusting planer blades, helping you achieve accurate results with less effort. Precision Alignment with Magnetic Hold Each gauge works with planing blades housed within a frame that uses magnets for firm attachment to the cutting head. Simply place the gauge over the cutting tool and adjust the blade to the correct height. The adjustable mini magnet assists in installing new planer blades in alignment, while the high-performance magnet holds the knife securely along its length. Durable Construction Made from high-quality material with high strength and hardness, these gauges are built to withstand regular workshop use. They are durable and practical, suitable for repeated adjustments. Compatibility and Application This calibration tool is compatible with all makes and models of surface planers, joint planers, and combination planing or thickness planing machines. It is suitable for both planing and joint planing tasks and works with 1/8 knife heads for precise adjustment and levelling of blades.
