Aluminium CH Generator Interlock Kit

This aluminium alloy generator interlock kit is built for Cutler Hammer CH-series 150A and 200A load centres using TAN-type main breakers — distinguished by a recessed (depressed) main breaker zone. It does not fit CH panels with PON breakers (flat or raised surface). Installation demands horizontal, single-handle main breaker operation (left-on / right-off) and exact 1.5-inch spacing between the main and adjacent branch breakers. The kit contains one interlocking plate, one matching drill bit, and two zip ties. Once mounted, it creates a rigid mechanical link that physically prevents both the main and generator breakers from being ON at once — a vital safeguard against backfeed, equipment damage, and electrocution risk. A practical, standards-aligned solution for residential emergency power readiness across the UK and wider European market.
