Crafted from lightweight yet rigid aluminium alloy with protective oxidation finish, this doweling jig resists corrosion, wear and deformation during daily workshop use. Its compact form factor supports easy handling and storage, while its precisely machined body ensures stable contact with wood surfaces. The jig features an intuitive self-centering base with two adjustable feet that lock into position to match board thicknesses — enabling accurate, vertical hole placement on panel sides without slippage or tilt. One locator jig is supplied with a factory-fitted 6mm bushing; seven additional bushings (3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm) are included in the kit, providing full coverage for common dowel applications in cabinetry, furniture repair and carpentry. The guide sleeves ensure drill bit guidance within ±0.1mm tolerance, supporting tight-tolerance joinery where dowel fit directly affects joint strength and aesthetics.
