Artisan Rattan Napkin Loops

Each napkin loop is dimensioned at 5 x 4 cm or 5 x 5 cm and shaped from air-dried rattan cane, worked entirely by hand using time-honoured coiling and binding techniques. The absence of stains, varnishes or synthetic coatings preserves the fibre’s natural breathability and subtle golden patina. Lightweight and dimensionally stable, it holds standard-weight cotton or linen napkins securely while contributing organic rhythm to table layouts. Equally at home on farmhouse trestle tables, urban studio apartments or rented holiday cottages, it bridges heritage craft with contemporary lifestyle needs.
