The inner ring is optimally spaced: 2 3/4 inches high and 2 inches wide, providing enough room for battle ropes 2 inches or larger while maintaining comfort for rope practice. Comes with 4 M10 expansion screws. Suitable for installation on walls, ceilings and floors. Work out anywhere indoors or out with this durable anchor.
