Black Plastic DW745 Adjustment Gear Set

This genuine-fit replacement set includes one black plastic hand wheel and one black plastic bevel gear, purpose-built for restoring accurate manual adjustment capability on DeWalt DW745 table saws. It installs directly onto the existing adjustment shaft and gear housing using standard hand-tightening — no specialist tools, adhesives or modifications required. The kit is confirmed compatible with DW745 Type 3, DW745 Type 4, DW745-AR Type 5, and DW745-B2 Type 1 models. Constructed entirely from black plastic, it replicates the original design intent for lightweight, low-friction, and corrosion-resistant operation in demanding workshop environments.
