BN96-20054A Bare Speaker Core

A bare speaker core unit (no enclosure, no grille, no terminals added) for Samsung TVs, model BN96-20054A. Intended for UA55D8000YJ and UA55F7500BJ series. Physical size approx. 12.5 × 8.2 × 4.3 cm; mass ~120g. Housing material: glass-fibre-reinforced thermoplastic with UV stabilisers — resistant to yellowing and embrittlement under long-term indoor exposure. Internal components include ferrite magnet, treated paper cone, and copper-clad aluminium voice coil. Precision-machined mounting flange with 4x Ø3.2mm screw holes positioned to align with OEM chassis templates. Tinsel leads pre-soldered and insulated for direct crimp or solder termination. Designed to deliver stable output across varying input levels without compression or harmonic distortion. Used exclusively for repair scenarios where original speaker has suffered mechanical failure (e.g., torn surround, detached dome, burnt coil) but cabinet and wiring remain intact. Not suitable for building standalone speakers or retrofitting non-compatible models.
