Brass Adjustable Pressure Reducer DN20

This pressure reducer has a DN20 (3/4 inch) brass body with parallel BSP male threads on both ports, 25 mm thread depth, and a certified maximum working pressure of 1.6 MPa. It delivers smooth, stepless adjustment of downstream pressure via an externally accessible control screw, with immediate visual confirmation provided by its integrated analogue gauge. All structural and sealing components are brass or elastomer-rated for potable water contact. The absence of plastic housings or zinc-plated parts ensures compatibility with UK water chemistry and avoids galvanic corrosion risks when installed between copper and stainless steel pipework. Commonly deployed in retrofit and new-build applications where appliance protection is critical: especially before point-of-use drinking water systems, unvented solar loop inlets, gas water heater cold feeds, and designer tap installations — all of which specify strict maximum inlet pressure limits rarely met by unregulated UK mains supply.
