Each part is CNC-machined from solid brass, with tight tolerances (±0.1 mm) maintained across thread depth, head diameter, and T-nut thickness. Mounts sit flush within typical 12 mm track grooves; screws feature rolled threads for enhanced fatigue resistance. Total mass is 85 g. Colour variation between gold and silver tones occurs naturally due to surface oxide layer formation and ambient light—no dyes or coatings applied. Measured dimensions may vary by ±1–3 mm due to manual caliper tolerance and material settling during machining.
