Ceramic Carbon Mechanical Shaft Seal

This mechanical shaft seal is engineered for reliable performance in clean water, circulation, and general industrial pumps. It features a stationary ring made of ceramic and a rotary ring made of carbon, ensuring low friction and excellent wear resistance. The secondary seal is constructed from nitrile rubber (NBR), offering good elasticity and chemical resistance within its operating range. A single coil stainless steel spring provides consistent sealing force across the full shaft diameter range of 8–16 mm. The seal operates effectively at temperatures from –20°C to +100°C and pressures up to 0.5 MPa, with a maximum peripheral speed of 5 m/s. Constructed with metal components and designed for the 156 series, it is compatible with standard flat gasket mounting. Model variants available: M5, M6, M8, M10.
