This 25mm ceramic atomiser disc is a functional replacement component for ultrasonic household humidifiers. Constructed from fully sintered ceramic material, it has a diameter of 25mm, thickness of 1.8mm, and typical mass of 2.3g. The material is non-porous, chemically inert, and free from coatings or binders. It operates as the piezoelectric transducer’s active element: when energised by the humidifier’s driver circuit, it vibrates at ultrasonic frequencies (typically 1.7–2.4 MHz) to aerosolise water at the surface. Its calcined structure ensures minimal impedance shift during extended use. Suitable for routine maintenance of mid-range domestic humidifiers — particularly models where original discs have worn due to mineral buildup or thermal fatigue.
