1. Why is the concentricity different every time the probe is installed? Because the spring clamp of the ER chuck cannot guarantee 100% concentricity. Even if the concentricity is adjusted to within 0.01mm (1 wire), deviations will still occur when the probe is removed and reinstalled. 2. How to distinguish the three wires? The red wire is VCC, the black wire is GND, and the white wire is IO. 3. Note: The edge finder is an optional accessory for the entire set. 4. Therefore, it's time to a chuck with AAA grade accuracy (concentricity ≤ 0.005mm). Since many chucks in China do not meet the correct standards, it is recommended to use a precision dial gauge or a tungsten steel rod to inspect the chuck's concentricity.
