Compact 500W BLDC Hall Motor Controller

This compact three-phase BLDC motor controller provides dependable Hall-based control for demanding DIY and light industrial applications. With an input voltage range of 6–60V, it handles 16A continuous and up to 20A peak current, delivering up to 500W peak power — confirmed under controlled thermal conditions. Its dimensions are precisely 6.3 cm × 4.5 cm × 3.1 cm (2.48 in × 1.77 in × 1.22 in), enabling installation in densely packed control panels or mobile platforms. It is intended for use with three-phase BLDC motors fitted with Hall sensors configured for 120° electrical angle commutation. Speed regulation is enabled through either a 2.5–5V PWM input or a 0–5V analog voltage signal — supporting everything from simple potentiometer-based throttles to advanced PID loops running on embedded systems. Internal overcurrent protection engages automatically to limit fault energy and preserve system integrity. Frequently deployed in custom e-mobility builds, automated gate operators, rotary indexing tables, and educational mechatronics labs where repeatable, controllable torque matters more than raw cost-cutting.
