DC24V 8-Ch RS485 Modbus Relay Controller

A compact, DIN-rail-mountable 8-channel relay controller operating at DC 24V. Standby current is 13mA; current increases linearly with activated relays (41mA for 1, up to 225mA for all 8). Includes 8 optically isolated NPN inputs (low-level active), with programmable I/O association (default: associated; switchable to non-associated via command). Offers six relay operation modes: open, close, jog, self-lock, interlock, and delay (0–255 s). Communicates via RS485 using Modbus RTU (function codes 03, 06, 16); supports baud rates 2400–19200 BPS (set via jumper), default 9600 BPS. Compatible with serial terminal tools (e.g., Serial Assistant) and Modbus Poll for configuration. Enables daisy-chaining up to 64 devices on a single bus. Each relay switches up to 10A at 250VAC, 125VAC, 30VDC, 28VDC or 12VDC. Housed in green VO-grade ABS (140×88×42 mm), engineered for DIN35 and C45 rails, fits UM72-width (72 cm) PCB layouts and 136 cm base plates. Package contains 1 × 8-in/8-out RS485 controller module only.
